A digital education experience designed to simplify student onboarding, course discovery, learning progress, and communication between students and academic teams.
Challenge
Students interacted with disconnected academic information and administrative processes. Important tasks such as finding courses, checking progress, accessing resources, and receiving updates required a more connected and understandable journey.
Process
I created personas, stakeholder maps, customer journeys, process flows, and service touchpoint analysis. These insights informed the information architecture, wireframes, interface designs, and responsive experience across student and administrative journeys.
Result
The proposed solution connected previously fragmented touchpoints and provided students with a clearer path through their academic journey. It also helped internal teams understand service gaps and opportunities for improving the overall experience.
