An AI-powered automotive platform connecting vehicle owners with workshops, spare-parts providers, and automotive services through a simple, unified digital experience.
Challenge
The automotive service journey was fragmented across multiple providers and communication channels. Users needed a faster and more trustworthy way to discover services, compare options, manage requests, and track progress.
Process
I conducted user and market research, mapped B2B and B2C journeys, improved the information architecture, and designed mobile-first user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and an accessible design system. I collaborated closely with product, engineering, and business teams throughout implementation.
Result
The redesigned experience supported the platform’s growth to more than 100,000 users. It simplified service discovery, improved engagement and conversion, and established a scalable design system for consistent experiences across customer, workshop, and administrative products.
